Cancellation & Returns policy
Because each set is custom‑made for you, cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours after order confirmation (a small restocking fee may apply). After production begins, all sales are final. Of course, if we make a mistake or an item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Common Questions
For fully custom gift set projects, we typically ask for a minimum order of 50 sets to make the design & sourcing process worthwhile.
(Creating one-of-a-kind gifts does take some effort behind the scenes!) That said, don’t worry – you won’t need to order hundreds of gifts just to work with us. If you have a smaller request or need only a handful of sets, let’s talk about options. Our goal is to accommodate teams of all sizes, so we’ll do our best to find a solution that fits your needs.
The typical production timeline – usually about 4–6 weeks from start to finish.
This allows time for designing your gifts, getting your approval, assembling everything just right & adding your branding. (Great gifts take a little time, but we promise they’re worth the wait!) If you’re on a tight deadline, just let us know. In many cases we can rush an order if our schedule allows(a rush fee may apply).
When it comes to delivery, we offer flexible options to make corporate gifting a breeze. We can ship all the gift sets in bulk to your office or event location – whatever you prefer.
Since every order is different, pricing can vary based on the quantity of sets & the level of customization – we handle quotes individually. Once you send in your request, Sarah will personally follow up with you to chat about your specific needs & preferences. She’ll then put together a tailored quote based on factors like how many sets you want & any custom design touches. In short, you’ll get a custom price quote (built just for your company) along with a friendly, one-on-one service to make sure everything is exactly what you’re looking for.
