Cancellation & Returns policy

Because each set is custom‑made for you, cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours after order confirmation (a small restocking fee may apply). After production begins, all sales are final. Of course, if we make a mistake or an item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
